FAQ
Answers to the questions homeowners usually ask before booking an inspection, repair, gutter service, or full replacement conversation.
How fast can you look at a roof issue?
If we can start with photos and your zip code, we can usually tell you the next step quickly. Onsite timing depends on schedule, weather, and whether the problem is active or not.
Do you only do full replacements?
No. We handle both repairs and full replacements. If a repair still makes sense, we keep the scope focused. If it no longer does, we explain why before recommending replacement.
Can you work on gutters and siding too?
Yes. We can handle gutters, gutter guards, soffit, fascia, and siding work when it fits the scope and service area.
Do you help after storm damage?
Yes. We can document visible roof and exterior damage, explain what looks urgent, and outline repair or replacement paths.
What should I send for a faster quote?
Your zip code, a few clear photos from the ground, any interior leak stains, and a short description of what changed or when you first noticed the problem.
Can you replace rotten wood if it is found?
If hidden damage is uncovered during the job, we document it and explain the added work before moving forward.
Do you work in winter?
Inspections and some urgent repairs can still happen in colder months when conditions are safe. Timing and scope depend on weather and roof conditions.
What is the best first step if I am not sure what service I need?
Start with photos and your zip code. We can usually tell whether the next step should be inspection, repair, gutter work, or a replacement conversation.
